We are looking for experienced florist to join our team at ASPEN FLORA Birmingham New Street Station.

The retail unit is located inside the railway station

Minimum 5 years of floristry experience.

A portfolio of previous work will be required before an interview

Must have experience in all aspects of floristry including wedding and funeral work

Essential Skills & Experience

Duties & Responsibilities

Create and arrange floral designs for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and arrangements for their needs
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
Prepare and package flower arrangements for delivery and pick-up
As part of the team you might be asked to work additional hours when needed at peak times such as Valentine’s day, Mother’s day and Christmas period Nov-Dec and holiday cover.

Sat 09:00-20:00

Sun 10:00-18:00
