Pay Rate: £38/hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Community Team based in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Work with individuals and families through change.
- Collaborate with professionals from health, police, and housing.
- Understand Safeguarding policies and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
- Knowledge of Continuing Health Care and the Mental Health Measure (Wales) 2010 is helpful.
- Follow a preventative, strength-based model under the Social Services and Wellbeing Act 2014.

Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level
- Social Care Wales registration
- 2 years post qualified experience
