Making confident decisions and communicating them effectively, ensuring clarity and understanding.Recognising and initiating where appropriate advice of relevant specialisms.Maintaining appropriate clinical records in line with current practice guidelines.Working effectively as part of a multi professional team in collaboration with other members of the service.To be a successful Clinical Practitioner you’ll need:To be a Registered Adult Nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), a Paramedic registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) or a pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).Evidence of autonomous practice – Autonomous practice A33 Level 6 or 7 clinical examination module Level 6 or 7 minor illness moduleEmergency care practitioner qualificationMotivation, passion, positivity, resilience, and a determination to provide outstanding patient care.RCN accredited nurse practitioner module Right to work in the UKGenerous annual leave entitlement: Standard 25 days + 8 bank holidays, increasing with service up to 33 days + 8 bank holidays.
