Head of Revenue Cycle & Registration/Scheduling - EHR 1 London Bridge Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Fixed Term Contract - until February 2026 It is a hugely exciting time for our organization to join our Expanse programme in the implementation of Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Focused on advancing our technology and integrating web-based navigation, EHR will allow HCA Healthcare clinicians and colleagues to enhance patient safety, quality and care and to maintain our outstanding ratings and continue to be a global market leader in complex care. Workstream lead responsible for covering Revenue Cycle including billing, payments, registration and scheduling. This role is critical in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the programme, responsible for ensuring the business needs are identified, business processes are reviewed and simplified to be accommodated by the technical EHR solution, as well as feeding the business requirements into the technical design and build. The role will also be responsible for the business change management, ensuring the engagement of the business and maximizing the adoption to optimise the efficiencies and benefits, ensuring the effective testing of the solution, and reporting as well as the transition to on-going support model, ensuring the next generation EHR platform delivers value to the organization in short and long term. What you'll do: Accountable for the leadership and management of 2 teams covering billing and payments, and Registration/Scheduling. Ensure business requirements are met through discovery, design, testing and deployment. Leads the development of change management, acting as a key change agent within the expanse program, driving engagement within the revenue cycle and registration/scheduling teams to maximise business adoption. Resource and financial management - involved in the recruitment of resources for your workstream; track workstream progress against key KPIs; ensure documentation and governance is completed; track spend against forecast/budget. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business and across the workstreams. Identification and proactive management of risks and issues for the workstream, escalating and reporting key risks to Programme Governance. Coordinates development of long-term support model for the new EHR system, working closely with ITG and business owners. What you'll bring: Must have knowledge of Revenue Cycle and General Financial functions. Progressive leadership experience Excellent stakeholder management and people management skills. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Experience working on an EHR implementation project or working within the healthcare setting is desirable. Why HCA UK?
