Job Title: Social Worker – Adult Learning Disability – Bolton
Location: Bolton
Pay Rate: £30
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Learning Disability based in Bolton.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Conduct Care Act assessments, strengths-based support planning, and carers assessments.
- Complete capacity assessments, Best Interest decisions, and Continuing Healthcare assessments.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and lead safeguarding investigations.
- Support individuals in transitioning to alternative accommodation, including resettlement from out-of-area placements.
- Prepare reports for tribunals, hospital discharges, Community Treatment Reviews, and Court of Protection applications.

Qualifications and Experience:
- SWE registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK license
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
