Your Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist customers in their shopping journey.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our wide range of kitchenware and cookware products.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Participate in product training and stay informed about new items.
- Help with stock replenishment and inventory management.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
- A positive attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a supportive atmosphere.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable using technology and familiar with point-of-sale systems.
- Must be at least 18 years old due to key-holder responsibilities.
