Strategic Account Manager

A bit about the job:
This role supports Aviva’s growth by working closely with our key distribution partners. The focus is on understanding partner needs, spotting ways to contribute, and making sure our work across different teams lines up with our shared goals. It also involves leading account activity, supporting commercial delivery, and helping coordinate key initiatives. The role is home-based, with travel across the UK when needed.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience in building trusted relationships with senior partners
- Strong understanding of the UK Wealth and financial advice sector
- Comfortable using data and insight to support decisions and recognize areas for expansion
- Confident navigating complexity and bringing teams together to deliver results
- Holds a Diploma in Financial Services (QCF Level 4) - or working towards it. The successful candidate needs to complete this within 2 years of joining Aviva.

- Starting salary of circa £95,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
