📣 Join Our Team: Flexible Carer Role – Short Live-In & Domiciliary Care

📍 Location: Swansea
📄 Contract Type: Zero-hours or client-to-client basis
💷 Pay: £12.60 per hour | £130 per 24-hour live-in day (with breaks and rest time included)
🍽️ Plus: £7 daily food allowance during live-in placements

Are you a care professional who enjoys variety and wants to stay consistently busy? We’re offering a flexible opportunity combining short-term live-in placements with domiciliary care work, designed to help you stay regularly working—even on a zero-hours contract.

If a live-in placement isn’t available, you'll be offered homecare visits based on your availability, ensuring you are never out of work.

Job Description

🧡 Your Role Will Involve:

Providing day-to-day support while living in the client’s home (live-in placement)
Providing personal care, companionship, and light household tasks
Assisting with appointments, outings, or simply being a kind, familiar face
Bringing comfort, continuity, and peace of mind to clients and their families

Qualifications

🙋 Who We’re Looking For:

Carers with at least 1 year of relevant experience and an interest in both live-in and domiciliary care
Reliable and proactive individuals
Based in Swansea, Neath, or Llanelli, and able to travel locally
Hold a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
Enhanced DBS registered in the Update Service
