Job Description
At Home Instead, we are seeking dedicated Care Professionals to provide high-quality care services to clients in Fowey and the surrounding villages.
As a Care Professional, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate and professional care during client visits (minimum 1-hour duration).
- Preparing nutritious meals that clients will enjoy eating.
- Assisting clients with household organisation the way they like.
- Administering medication reminders and helping with tasks such as washing and dressing.
- Engaging in meaningful conversations and providing emotional support to clients.
- Accompanying clients to appointments and outings, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Planning and implementing appropriate activities to promote clients' well-being and cognitive stimulation.
- Managing time effectively to maintain a consistent and reliable care schedule.
