About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is seeking a passionate Adult Social Worker to join the dynamic Learning Disability Team in Kingston, where your expertise will empower individuals to live more independently and with dignity.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will support adults with learning disabilities and those transitioning to adult services by conducting assessments and reviews under the Care Act 2014, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect. You will also be responsible for safeguarding, collaborating effectively with professionals and agencies, and using your excellent communication and teamwork skills to build strong, outcome-focused relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
