£44,400 – £55,400 depending on experience and fantastic benefits

The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within the ServiceNow Platform team. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions. The ServiceNow Developer/Architect will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring high-quality and consistent delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
As a Service Automation Developer you willprovide a wide range of activities which include:-
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and industry best practices, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules, such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Level Management.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI customization, and workflow configuration.
