Responsibilities :
- Work in a busy community team.
- Complete Care Act assessments.
- Conduct carer assessments.
- Perform reviews and support planning.
- Make mental care capacity and best interest decisions when needed.
- Lead with Safeguarding Enquiries.
- Collaborate with other services such as health, housing, and voluntary organisations.

Essential Requirements:
- A recognised professional qualification in social work, such as an MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or CQSW (Certificate of Qualification in Social Work).
- Must be registered with Social Work England, the regulatory body for social workers in England.
- Significant experience in delivering social work services to vulnerable adults, including those with disabilities and complex needs.
- Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, such as the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
- Strong assessment and analysis skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- A full UK driving license and access to a car are often required for client visits.
