IRO- Children’s Services | £38 P/H
We are looking for an Independent Reviewing Officer to join a children’s services team in the West Midlands
As an IRO you will be assuring the quality of performance and service by reviewing and planning systems for the safeguarding of the children and young people of the isles; scrutinising and analysing the work of social workers on the islands looked after children’s service is part and parcel of the role – where needs be you will be challenging practice and consulting with them to make improvements.
The manager is encouraging flexibility where yo can work your own hours and also are looking for somebody long term! If you want some stability this is the perfect role for you.
