Job Title: Adult Social Worker – Locality Team – Medway

What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload within Medway’s community social work teams, delivering high-quality, person-centred assessments and interventions. You will apply a strength-based approach through face-to-face visits, guided by the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 (MCA), to promote independence and well-being while safeguarding vulnerable adults.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be a car driver with business insurance
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
