As a NHS Store Administrator, you don’t need to have previous optics experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.

Your role.
- Complete NHS/ Socrates processes.
- Manage the Socrates NHS Claims Dashboard, dealing daily with queries which arise.
- Manage claims using the Socrates NHS debtor system
- Accurately reconcile and declare payments received monthly.
- Monitor the timely submission, payment and reconciliation of HES and EOS payments.
- Routinely communicate and escalate findings to the senior store team.
- Remain up to date with any changes which may affect NHS claiming.
- Support the Directors with ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Act as an ambassador for Specsavers at all times.
What we’re looking for?
If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as a NHS Store Administrator . These include:
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Fantastic communicator
- Keen eye for detail
- Working knowledge of the relevant IT systems including Office 365/ Excel.
