PAY RATE: £15.00 PER HOUR

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
Situated in the front reception office you will be customer facing, dealing with enquiries from the client, retailers, colleagues and the public, both face to face and answering the telephone.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· support the management team with various administration duties.
· Support with placing orders for products & materials required for the site.
· Support raising appropriate POs in a timely fashion
· Assist in the generation of management reports
· Assist with maintaining site budgets
· Ensure all training records are up to date
· Ensure that filing administration is up to date and that site files are auditable
· Organise incoming and outgoing post daily
· Assist with collation and submission of timesheets to deadline
· Where appropriate support Management and liaise with internal and external Stakeholders
· Support programs relating to all aspects of the colleagues including, training, H & S, development and welfare at work
· Ensure we maintain a “one team” approach with The Centre management team and within the ABM team
· Undertake any reasonable duties as requested to meet the needs of the client
· Follow group and company policies and procedures at all times
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Excellent attention to detail
· Confident and committed to providing a high-quality professional service
· Able to work both independently and as part of a team
· An ability to quickly adapt to a busy operational environment
· A reliable and flexible approach to work
· A willingness to learn
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Proficient in Microsoft
· Self-motivation, confidence, and enthusiasm
· Flexible / supportive team player
