Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Shropshire
Pay Rate: £31.97 per hour
Contract: 15 weeks
Working Pattern: Full-time – 10 assessments per week
Liquid Personnel is currently seeking Occupational Therapist for its client located at Shropshire.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Conduct 10 single-handed care assessments per week as part of a 15-week review project
- Evaluate existing care packages and recommend appropriate equipment to reduce reliance on multiple carers
- Promote independence and improve client wellbeing through tailored OT interventions
- Order and manage equipment needs in line with the Care Act (2014)
- Collaborate with the Adult Social Care team to reassess and update support plans

Requirements:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Occupational Therapy
- Strong knowledge of single-handed care principles and equipment provision
