We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our Grosvenor Casino in Liverpool, supporting the General Manager in maximising performance in all areas of the business. You will inspire, motivate and lead this team to deliver the absolute gold standard in customer service, driving customer satisfaction.
You will;
- Be responsible for providing an excellent product and customer experience across the business with a focus on driving revenue across key areas.
- Build on the fantastic opportunity we have within slots and e-gaming, driving the growth strategy for the Casino
- Ensure the Casino proactively complies with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements, and that you are a true champion of safer gambling & player protection.

- Help to build a highly capable management team who are fanatical about customer satisfaction, customer safety and quality products and experiences
- Assist the recruitment and development of a strong team of multi skilled employees ensuring they deliver a gold standard service to our customers
- Proactively drive sales and control margin and costs to drive casino profitability
Qualifications
- PML holder with previous Casino experience
- Previous high performing leadership experience within a service driven environment (Hospitality, Entertainment, Leisure, F&B or similar)
- Laser focused on delivering a top service to customers and team members
- Previous experience of promotional events and managing / directing a customer orientated retail business to a wide range of customers including VIPs and regular visitors
- Sound commercial and financial acumen

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

This is a permanent, full time position (40 hours per week).
