We’re hiring a Product Manager – Asset & Critical Environments Management to lead the transformation and delivery of our end-to-end Asset and CEM framework across the UK & Ireland business.

In this pivotal role, you’ll shape and implement a consistent, high-impact approach to Asset and Critical Environments Management aligned with ISO55001, ensuring quality outcomes and operational excellence across compliance, uptime, and client-focused delivery.
You’ll drive innovation and standardisation across a £1.3 billion organisation, influencing systems, processes, and the wider FM strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of UK&I Asset Management and CEM strategies
Ensure systems and protocols deliver consistent, reliable outcomes
Serve as the subject matter expert across the UK&I business
Manage relationships with key strategic service providers
Lead on the implementation of Asset Management and CEM solutions during contract mobilisation
Train and mentor the technical community on central processes and methodologies
Support innovation and rollout of technical FM solutions across the UK&I region
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong background in Asset Management, ideally with exposure to CEM
Solid understanding of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 55000 series)
Experience within the Facilities Management industry
Knowledge of Critical Environments (e.g. data centres, hospitals)
Confidently engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels
Project Management experience preferred
Ability to communicate with authority and credibility
