Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Homefirst Neighbourhood
Location: Oxfordshire (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £38 per hour
About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Home First Neighbourhood Team based in Oxfordshire.
What will your responsibilities be?
To be successful in this role, you will
- Complete home assessments across South Oxfordshire (own transport required)
- Conduct bedside assessments in hospital settings
- Carry out Care Act assessments and develop person-centred plans
- Promote independence and support individuals on their reablement journey
- Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years post-qualified
- Strong assessment and organisational skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and reablement practices
- Must have own transport
- Experience in promoting independence and delivering community-based care
