Our store
Based in Guildford, our large, high-performing is at the heart of a vibrant community. We have a great reputation for excellence in eye and hearing care and we are known for our customer focused environment. Located on Friary Street within the Phoenix Court Shopping Centre, the store is just a short walk from Guildford train station and is well-served by numerous bus routes, making commuting easy and convenient.

What we’re looking for?
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail or healthcare environment
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large teams (20+ people) effectively
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making
