Job Title: Social Worker – Mental Health Team
Location: Richmond Upon Thames
Pay Rate: £32 per hour
About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is seeking dedicated and compassionate Adult Social Workers to join its client’s Mental Health team based in Richmond Upon Thames. The successful candidate will provide support and services to adults experiencing mental health issues, helping them to improve their well-being and achieve their personal goals.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will,
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs.
- Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans.
- Provide counseling and support to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Advocate for clients’ rights and access to services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
- Stay informed about current best practices and developments in mental health care.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
