Are you a compassionate and experienced Social Worker looking to make a meaningful impact in a specialist mental health setting? Join our client’s dedicated multidisciplinary team at a private hospital in the heart of Hertfordshire, supporting adults through their recovery from eating disorders.
Liquid Personnel is seeking a skilled Social Worker to support individuals receiving care and treatment for eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and atypical eating disorders. You’ll play a vital role in helping patients navigate their recovery journey, working closely with families, external agencies, and our internal clinical team.
The overall aim of the service is to provide a stabilising environment, working with individuals to prevent further escalation of behaviours, leading to improved quality of life and greater independence
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be,
- Providing psychosocial assessments and care planning
- Supporting patients with discharge planning and community reintegration
- Liaising with families, carers, and external services
- Advocating for patients’ rights and wellbeing
- Contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment reviews

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration
- Experience in mental health or eating disorder services preferred
- Strong communication and advocacy skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
