Leaders in Care is partnering with a highly rated Independent Fostering Agency in Telford to recruit an experienced practitioner to join their stable, well-established team as a Supervising Social Worker.
In this role, you will support and manage approved foster carers, providing professional advice and guidance while contributing to the service’s business planning. You will also supervise Support Workers and Social Work Students, ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout all assessments.
