Full time – 37.5 hours per week
€38k – plus sales incentive plan

This role will focus on solving complex queries and ensure first rate communication to customers throughout the sales and issue resolution process. The role will adhere to regulatory requirements and ensure processes and standards are adhered to.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
As a Direct Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members—helping them understand our products, resolving queries, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. You’ll use your communication and sales skills to deliver a world-class experience in both English and French.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent service from start to finish.
- Introducing tailored Bupa Global products and services to meet customer needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and actions in our customer database.
- Ensure product and service knowledge is always current and up to date to correctly educate intermediaries and consultatively sell products.
- Knowledgeable on the competitor activity and products.
- Using your sales and negotiation skills to assess customer needs and offer the right solutions.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Proven experience in sales role with transferable skills is essential.
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and high-value contract management is desirable.
