How you’ll help us make health happen:
As a Corporate Specialist Consultant, you’ll manage and renew a portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on Cash Plan and Well+ products. You’ll build strong relationships with client contacts, identify new opportunities, and ensure service excellence across every interaction.
You’ll also play a key role in supporting the rollout and embedding of new account support processes, including:
- Managing the new Cash Plan renewal process for over 3,300 SME and corporate groups following the move to annual contracts on SWIFT.
- Providing account support for existing Cash Plan business via Swift, including mailbox queries and supporting enquiries through Connect.
- Supporting standalone Well+ groups that don’t have an associated PMI account or Account Manager.
- Helping finalise and embed new account support processes for both Cash Plan and Well+, working across multiple change initiatives.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market and Bupa’s products and services.
- Proven experience in an administration role is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Commercial awareness and sound judgement.
- Organised and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Competent IT/MS Office skills.
