As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll lead the end-to-end recruitment process and deliver an excellent experience for every candidate. You’ll also:
- Partner with hiring managers and People Partners to understand workforce needs and succession plans
- Support all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle – from job posting to offer
- Source candidates directly using social media, ATS and talent pools to reduce agency spend
- Conduct initial telephone/video screenings and coordinate interviews
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Track and report on key hiring metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, source of hire)
- Support onboarding and ensure our employer brand is well represented at every stage
- Contribute to talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives
We’re looking for someone who brings a combination of recruitment expertise and a people-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will have:
•Previous experience in a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role (in-house or agency)
•Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
•Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn)
•Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
•A proactive approach to headhunting and building talent pipelines
•High attention to detail and a commitment to providing a best-in-class candidate experience
•Confidence working with hiring managers to define needs and set qualification criteria
•A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and the drive to continuously improve
