Your Role: As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and supporting sales efforts in our store.
This is a part-time 12hrs/week role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Assist customers in selecting products that match their needs and desires.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure product displays are appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
What We Look For:
- Experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Passion for kitchenware and cooking.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Attention to detail and an organized approach to work.
- Comfortable with using technology and point-of-sale systems.
