About the Role
Michael Kors is entering an exciting new chapter at our newly reimagined Global Flagship on Regent Street. With elevated experiences and innovative concepts on the horizon, we’re introducing a refined hospitality space that reflects the brand’s Jet Set lifestyle. We’re looking for a charismatic, passionate and polished Barista to join us in delivering something truly special.

You’re energetic, stylish, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You’re passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating memorable moments. You’re a natural team player who brings optimism, speed, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.
What You’ll Do
- Serve expertly crafted coffee and beverages with precision and flair.
- Deliver exceptional service that reflects the luxury and warmth of the Michael Kors brand.
- Maintain a clean, elegant and welcoming lounge environment.
- Support daily operations including till handling, stock rotation, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with retail colleagues to ensure a seamless and elevated customer journey.
- Use product knowledge and storytelling to enhance the guest experience.
- Demonstrate agility and professionalism in a dynamic setting.
You’ll Need to Have
- Previous experience in hospitality, café service or luxury retail.
- A genuine passion for customer service and quality.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, polished presence.
- Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and key trading periods.
- Food safety certification a bonus or willingness to obtain
- Technological proficiency and a proactive approach to multitasking.
