AGENCY HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT

Rates of pay from £13.68 per hour depending on experience and location including holiday pay. (Weekly pay)

We are recruiting for dedicated and passionate Care Assistants to support our clients in nursing homes in Manchester and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Monitor and record clients' health and well-being.
• Follow care plans and report any changes in clients' conditions to the relevant professionals.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

There is no requirement to drive and shifts are tailored to your availability, lifestyle and location.

A successful candidate will have:

• 12 Month Minimum experience working in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Driving License is wanted but not a requirement
