Job Description

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients, to join our team in Enfield and the surrounding areas.

Our Care Professionals support older clients by providing services to allow them to continue living independently at home. Our services range from companionship, personal support, home help and non medical care. We match our Care Professionals to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust.

Qualifications

As a Care Professional, you will recieve industry-leading training, great rates of pay and excellent support.

We provide all relevant training through our induction programme along with City and Guilds Accredited ongoing training. You do not require any specific experience as we pride ourselves on building our Care Professionals through their valuable life experiences.

Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English required.

What we require from you:

  • Caring and compassionate personality
  • Life experience
  • Applicants ideally should have a driving licence and access to a vehicle but this is not essential due to easy accessibility with public transport. 
  • You should be honest, reliable and kind
  • English proficiency
  • Two satisfactory professional and personal references
  • Subject to criminal record checks
  • Disclosed Vaccination status
