Become a Care Support Worker with Home Instead today!

We are looking for people with kind, caring hearts who want to make a true difference to our clients and help them to stay as independent as possible in their own homes.

You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a Care Support Worker and start your rewarding career in care.  You just need to be a caring, positive person with a passion for assisting others and be open to learning new things.

As a Care Support Worker, you will provide a variety of services including but not limited to:

  • Meal preparation
  • Light housework
  • Taking clients on various outings
  • Companionship
  • Personal Care

Pay and benefits

  • Guaranteed hour contract
  • Paid travel and wait time between visits
  • Paid double time on bank holidays
  • Paid mileage
  • Paid training 
  • Minimum 1-hour visits
