We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Advisor for an insurance broker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling both inbound and outbound calls from our clients. Your main objective will be to assist clients who need assistance with making changes to their insurance policies that they have not been successful in completing online, taking payments, or processing cancellation requests. Your proactive approach and effective strategies will be essential in retaining policies whenever possible.
Office-based, no hybrid model (Manchester- Full Time).
From Monday till Friday every week. One Saturday and Sunday per month will be requested (40 hours per week).
Weekly shifts:
2x early – 8:30 am – 16:50
2x middle – 10:00 am – 18:20
1x late – 12:50 pm – 9:00 pm
Saturday (once per month) – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday (once per month) – 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
