The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our guest-facing operations and help shape the guest experience from day one. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a landmark opening and contribute to the legacy of one of the world’s most iconic hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations across Front Office, Bell/Door Services, and Switchboard
  • Deliver seamless arrivals and departures with anticipatory, personalized service
  • Build, train, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with St. Regis standards
  • Collaborate with the Director of Rooms to implement pre-opening strategies and SOPs
  • Drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in front office operations within luxury hospitality
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage
