What’s the role?

The Receptionist will provide a high – quality service to our guests and ensure that all duties are being carried out in an efficient and professional manner in line with the standards required by the Resort.

You will have excellent management, organisational and administration skills, you will ensure that both you and your colleagues provide an efficient and effective service to all guests.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Check guests into the hotel in a friendly and efficient manner, allocate rooms and distribute key cards.
  • Check guests out of the hotel and prepare their bills and take payment.
  • To ensure that the reception desk and lobby area are kept clean and tidy.
  • To ensure effective communication with the housekeeping team regarding guests, room status reports and VIP’s who may require additional products.
  • Shared responsibility for the switchboard and directing customer’s calls to the correct location.
  • Answering questions about the Hotel facilities and the surrounding area.
  • You should be confident and be able to work on own initiative.
