You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting every stage of the employee journey from onboarding new creative talent to ensuring smooth offboarding experiences. You’ll also work closely with the Chief Financial Officer, assisting with HR systems, process improvements, and general administration that keeps this world-renowned studio thriving.

Solid HR admin experience; you’ve previously supported HR operations or worked in a similar people-focused role and know what it takes to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills; you can juggle multiple admin tasks, meet deadlines, and stay calm and efficient even when everyone is buzzing with activity.
Tech-savviness; you’re confident using Microsoft Word and Excel, and comfortable navigating multiple HR systems and online tools with ease.
An eye for detail and a process-driven mindset; you take pride in getting things right the first time, spotting inconsistencies before they become issues, and keeping everything beautifully organised.
Exceptional people skills; you can connect with everyone from animators to execs and producers, communicating clearly, empathetically, and with professionalism.
A collaborative yet independent spirit; you enjoy being part of a supportive team but are equally comfortable taking initiative and running with tasks on your own.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday working under the current hybrid working pattern of a minimum of three days in the London office, however they are open to discuss flexible working arrangements.
