About The Role

Knight Frank is the leading independent property consultancy in the UK offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors.

In People Operations, we have a vital role to play in building a strong, trusted foundation, as a key enabler for our wider strategy. We’ve recently deployed Workday – a leading People platform which is full of potential and which will enable our people to unlock theirs. We’re early in our journey, and on a mission to realise a future where we’re enabled by technology and powered by data; where we have simple, intuitive, employee-centric people processes, which adopt best practice and are automated wherever possible.

We’re searching for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join us on our journey. Based at our London Head Office, with dynamic (hybrid) working, you’ll play an important role in maintaining our people data in Workday and being a first point of contact for queries around our people processes from employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Process new starters, leavers, transfers and other contractual changes in Workday, in line with agreed processes and SLAs.

- Assist with the day-to-day administration of people queries and maintenance of employee records using Workday and a ticketing system.

- Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers to provide support and guidance around process and self-service functionality in Workday. - Maintain the quality and accuracy of our People data in Workday and in employee files.

- Take on a lead role on assigned activities within People Operations e.g. Benefits admin, Early Careers admin Support with reporting and general administration of the People function.

- Participate in People projects and change initiatives as required.

Professional experience and personal skills profile

- Previous experience working in a People Operations team is desirable

- Good understanding of employee life cycle processes and key compliance areas.

- Experience using HR information systems such as Workday is desirable

- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience of using ticketing systems to manage, prioritise and respond to manager and employee requests.

- Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to prioritise and handle a varied workload whilst ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs.
