A little more about your role… This is an opportunity to provide generalist HR administration support to our Lexica business who have recently been acquired by WSP. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) and will be a temporary contract up to 31st December 2025.
Key responsibilities will include:
Maintain and update electronic personnel records in the HR system
Assist with reporting from the HR system
Ensure compliance with GDPR, employment law and internal policies
Assist with recruitment campaigns: scheduling interviews, preparing interview packs, liaising with candidates
Monitor and manage the recruitment inbox, responding to queries or escalating promptly
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including right-to-work checks and reference requests
Process new starter documentation and coordinate induction schedules
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
Respond to employee queries regarding annual and sickness leave and HR policies
Support HR projects such as wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement
Ensure accurate recording of absences including, sickness, annual leave, maternity/paternity, unpaid leave in the HR system
Provide administrative support with the recording, tracking, and uploading of performance reviews to the HR system
Assist with policy reviews and updates
Support the Head of HR and Executive Director of Operations with ad hoc administrative tasks
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate
Previous experience in an HR Administration role is essential
