This is an opportunity to provide generalist HR administration support to our Lexica business who have recently been acquired by WSP. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) and will be a temporary contract up to 31st December 2025.

A little more about your role…
This is an opportunity to provide generalist HR administration support to our Lexica business who have recently been acquired by WSP. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) and will be a temporary contract up to 31st December 2025.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and update electronic personnel records in the HR system
- Assist with reporting from the HR system
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, employment law and internal policies
- Assist with recruitment campaigns: scheduling interviews, preparing interview packs, liaising with candidates
- Monitor and manage the recruitment inbox, responding to queries or escalating promptly
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including right-to-work checks and reference requests
- Process new starter documentation and coordinate induction schedules
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
- Respond to employee queries regarding annual and sickness leave and HR policies
- Prepare and issue HR documents (contracts, offer letters, reference confirmation, variation letters etc.)
- Support HR projects such as wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement
- Ensure accurate recording of absences including, sickness, annual leave, maternity/paternity, unpaid leave in the HR system
- Provide administrative support with the recording, tracking, and uploading of performance reviews to the HR system
- Assist with policy reviews and updates
- Support the Head of HR and Executive Director of Operations with ad hoc administrative tasks

- Previous experience in an HR Administration role is essential
