Salary: Base pay is £12.39 per hour plus an additional £1 per hour for working weekends. On successful completion of a 6 month probationary period, there is then the potential to earn a performance related bonus of up to 20%.
Shifts:
Shift 1: Sunday - Wednesday 7am-3pm & Thursday 7am-2.45pm
Shift 2: Tuesday 11am - 6.30pm, Wednesday - Thursday 11am - 7pm, Friday 10am - 6pm & Saturday 9.30am - 5.45pm
Shift 3: Sunday 10am - 6pm, Monday,Tuesday & Thursday 11am - 7pm & Wednesday 11am - 6.45pm
Location:
Onsite, based at our brand new contact centre - Radar Road, Leicester, LE3 1UF with the opportunity to apply to work from home, in line with our working from policy after a minimum of 6-9 months service (eligibility criteria applies).
Training: 29th September - 10th October 2025 (full commitment to training is required)
