About The Role

Knight Frank Oxford | An Award-winning, Market-leading, Dynamic Team with Flexible Working

Based in our prestigious Summertown office, this role offers the chance to work with one of the most successful residential sales teams in the region, with flexibility in working arrangements and parking provided if required.

The successful candidate will play a key role in running the operations and support functions of our Oxford office, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance and exceptional client service. You’ll be the central point of coordination across the team — overseeing administration, compliance, reporting, and marketing, as well as supporting the Office Head directly. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing an exceptional client experience and managing inbound communications
  • Coordinating the onboarding of new clients
  • Creating marketing collateral to promote some of Oxfordshire’s finest homes
  • Maintaining databases and compliance systems
  • Accounting responsibilities including generating sales invoices, filing expenses and reconciling monthly figures
  • Overseeing office facilities, IT coordination, and health & safety protocols
  • Collaborating closely with our Operations teams across the Cotswolds
  • Organising and attending team and client events

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive under pressure
  • Strong written English and attention to detail
  • A collaborative, self-motivated approach with a “can-do” attitude
