We are looking for a professional and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at OCS UK Ltd. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling a range of reception duties, including managing incoming and outgoing post, supporting meeting room bookings, issuing passes, and maintaining office supplies. This is a part-time role requiring 16 hours per week, with working hours on Thursdays and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and maintained and manage office supplies and refreshments.
• Handle reception inquiries, bookings, and visitor access, including issuing passes and coordinating parking.
• Maintain a tidy and organised office environment, monitor office equipment, and assist with general office upkeep.
• Support new starters with necessary office access and assist with general office tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with staff, visitors, and suppliers.
• Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure deadlines are met.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all office processes are carried out accurately, including the issuance of passes and handling of post.
• IT Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• Time Management: Effectively prioritise tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve issues proactively.
• Customer Service: A friendly, welcoming attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
