As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our payroll processes and ensuring accurate data input. You don’t need prior payroll or HR experience—if you’ve worked in a clerical or administrative role and have a knack for handling data and deadlines, we want to hear from you!
Input and maintain payroll data with precision and accuracy
Assist with payroll reporting and documentation
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely submission of payroll information
Prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines and manage competing demands
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Support general administrative duties as needed

Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A proactive and flexible approach to work
