We’re working with a well-established accountancy practice who are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their friendly, close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous practice experience who enjoys managing a busy and varied payroll portfolio.As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 130 client companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times. You’ll work within a small team, delivering a professional and efficient service to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing end-to-end payroll for multiple clients within the practice
- Ensuring accuracy in calculations, deductions, and statutory payments
- Handling auto-enrolment, pensions, and HMRC submissions
- Responding to client queries and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
About You- Must have experience within an accountancy practice
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, HMRC regulations, and pensions
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Confident communicator and team player
