Primary Teaching Assistant – The Role:
- Support class teachers across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
- Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils with additional needs where required
- Prepare learning materials and resources
- Assist with classroom organisation and behaviour management
Primary Teaching Assistant | Person Specification:
- A Degre in a relevant subject (Desirable)
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Positive, proactive, and patient attitude
- Experience in a school or educational setting
- A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
