TSS have an exciting new career opportunity, for security officers, to work alongside our major clients in and around Gloucester. This will include static and retail sites.
This roles requires an SIA licence and applicants should have security experience, a drivers licence and their own transport. Shifts will include weekend working and potentially nights also.
Pay rate: £12.21 - £13.04 (rates are site based)
Location : Gloucester and Surrounding areas (Dursley Cam, Cirencester, Stroud, Lydney, Cinderford Nailsworth, Cheltenham and Tetbury).

What to expect:
· To provide a visible uniformed deterrent, to contribute to the safety and security of the client’s premises, colleagues and visitors
· To carry out Company Policy on loss prevention and ensure the safety of staff and visitors
· To observe and report to Management all incidents, risk areas and irregularities in procedure using the correct reporting system
· To carry out all additional duties assigned by a Client, Senior Officer/Management to whom you are responsible
· To ensure site knowledge is kept up to date and developments at local level are identified
· To understand and implement any Fire and Safety evacuation procedures
· To lawfully deter potential troublemakers on site
· To assist, if required by the Client, with staff and contractor searches
· To ensure that the Security base is always maintained in a clean and tidy condition
· To conduct yourself, at all times, in a manner which will bring credit to yourself and the Company, ensuring full uniform is worn and SIA licence is clearly displayed
