In this role, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, sharing your love for our high-quality kitchen products and helping to create memorable shopping experiences.
We are looking for 1x18hrs/week Sales Advisor to work in our Lakeside Store.
As a Sales Advisor, your primary focus will be to assist customers in selecting the perfect kitchenware and provide them with expert advice to enhance their cooking experiences.
What You’ll Do:- Welcome and greet customers warmly, offering assistance as needed.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
- Maintain the store's visual appeal and ensure products are well-stocked.
- Process transactions and manage customer inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong passion for customer service and kitchenware.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
