Join Our Team as a Sales Advisor at ProCook!

At ProCook, we celebrate the art of cooking and aim to inspire our customers to explore culinary possibilities. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our team and assist customers in finding the perfect kitchen essentials.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be a vital part of our customer experience, providing knowledgeable and friendly service while helping customers make informed decisions about their kitchenware needs. Your love for cooking and excellent communication skills will help create a warm shopping environment.

We have 2 vacancies available: 1x16hrs/week and 1x13hrs/week based in our Portsmouth Store

• Welcome and greet customers with a friendly attitude.
• Assist customers in selecting products and offer expert advice.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer engagement.
• Maintain store presentation, ensuring displays are attractive and organized.
• Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve store performance.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for cooking and kitchenware.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn about our products and services.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
