About the role
We’re looking for a professional and proactive individual to join our team in a key security role based at our Redditch Support Centre. As a Security Officer, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our colleagues, visitors, and company property. This varied and rewarding position involves monitoring access points, managing CCTV systems, conducting patrols, investigating incidents, and liaising with emergency services, ensuring every aspect of site security is handled with professionalism and care.

You'll be part of a supportive team delivering a value-driven service, while developing new capabilities in safety, incident management, and emergency response. About you
We’re seeking a confident, and reliable individual with strong communication skills and the ability to challenge appropriately when needed. Integrity and professionalism are essential, along with the ability to stay calm and focused in demanding situations.
You’ll need to be proactive and results-driven, comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility is key, as the role involves a 48-hours per week over a 3-week rotation period. with occasional additional shifts and “on-call” duties for emergencies or cover.
