About the role:
We are looking for an outstanding individual who is enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational to join our Inclusion team as a Specialist Teaching Assistant, with a specialism in Exam Access arrangements. As a Specialist Teaching Assistant you will be required to work closely with members of our Inclusion team and will have the energy and creativity to develop and inspire students learning, life skills and personalised outcomes.
An Access Arrangements qualification would be advantageous.
A key focus will be to lead the administration of the exam access arrangements process and ensure students receive exam access arrangements testing where necessary. You will also support student provision and increase students' ability to access all areas of the curriculum and school life. As part of the role you will possess the skills to embed and develop literacy and numeracy skills, working proactively with other members of the Inclusion team to improve attainment, by adopting a personalised approach towards planning and delivery of a bespoke curriculum. The successful candidate will work to support students in all necessary provisions.
