At Find Medic, we are in search for a ideal Nurse to join one of our esteemed clients as Staff Nurse to support them with patient care.

About the Home:

Our nursing home is meticulously designed to meet the unique needs of 22 residents who require dignified support due to a variety of physical, age-related, and mental health conditions. Candidates for this role must possess qualities such as patience, understanding, and respect for the individual abilities of our residents.

Responsibilities of a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) within the Nursing Home:

  • Maintaining the highest standards of care, welfare, and safety for all residents.
  • Conducting thorough physical and psychological assessments for new residents upon admission.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Regularly updating care plans to ensure they reflect residents' changing needs.
  • Safely administering and documenting medication.
  • Efficiently liaising with external suppliers and healthcare providers.
  • Monitoring and enhancing the performance of the care staff.
  • Ensuring effective scheduling and rotation of staff.
  • Adopting a person-centered approach to meet the unique needs of individual with utmost privacy, dignity, and respect.

Requirements

Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) role:

  • Registered Nurse Qualification: You must possess a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN).
  • Active or Pending NMC PIN: You should have an active PIN or be awaiting your NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) PIN.
  • Clear DBS: A clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is essential for this role.
